Hear a Blog has been discontinued

Hear a Blog was a startup co-founded by Pablo Fernandez and Daniel Magliola to narrate blogs and turn them into podcasts. In the process of they developed a way to dynamically inject audio ads into podcast with some level of targeting, sort of like the adsense of podcasts.

Hear a Blog was a finalist at Seedcamp but failed to raise funding. Investors wanted patents and Internet radio support because “podcasting is dead”, Daniel and Pablo didn’t know how to sell the vision and raise.
